It is time to take the first step in making peace with your body and your food! Schedule a free consultation today to begin your personalized journey!

2. Intake Appointment - $200

The next step is the intake appointment. During this 75-minute meeting we gather all of the pieces to your puzzle. These include your personal history, goals, any available lab work, and a nutrition-focused physical exam. These pieces lay the ground work for creating your personal plan.

3. Personal Plan Creation

After gathering the puzzle pieces we work together to assemble your puzzle, or rather, create a personal nutrition plan. There are 2 sides to every nutrition plan. Side 1 includes addressing physical symptoms that can be helped through nutrition. Side 2 includes addressing your relationship with food and making sure your nutrition plan is sustainable for life.

4. Follow-up - $130

Clients meet with Melanee weekly for the first month of nutrition therapy. You will then spend the next few months meeting every other week making step-by-step changes with lots of support. Follow-ups are 50 minutes long to allow plenty of time to process and discuss what is working and what we need to reassess. This sets you up for success, so you ultimately take charge of your own nutrition.
